Sally L. Adams Areas of Emphasis: Sally Adams has extensive experience representing and counseling employers, executives and managers on a comprehensive range of employment and labor law issues. She prides herself on her prompt responsiveness and in bringing excellence to the practice of law. Ms. Adams is an experienced litigator, representing clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts, and before a range of federal, state and local administrative agencies. She is a presenter and trainer on a variety of employment-related topics, including effective human resources management, preventing discrimination, fostering diversity, and accommodating disabilities.Ms. Adams is a graduate of Wellesley College, the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (Master’s in Public Administration), and Northeastern University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, and also is admitted before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Prior to founding her own law firm in 2007, Ms. Adams worked in the labor and employment practice groups in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP (2002 - 2006) and at Palmer & Dodge LLP (1996 - 2002). She also was as a Law Clerk to the Associate Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court (1995 - 1996). Ms. Adams is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Sections of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Bar Association. |
